Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your saree. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Request a return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is required to process damage/defect claims.
- Exchanges are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable, store credit or a refund is offered.
- For hygiene and quality reasons, blouse-pieces cut/stitched by the customer cannot be returned.
- Colour/lighting variation and the natural texture of semi-silk power-loom weaves are not defects.
